The second of three detainees shot last week at a Immigration and Customs Enforcement field office in Dallas has reportedly died.

The death was announced by the League of United Latin American Citizens and reported Tuesday morning by ABC News.

The victim has been identified as Miguel Ángel García-Hernández, 32.

He was gravely wounded in a sniper's attack Wednesday on the facility and died after being removed from life support, the group also said.

The other victim, Norlan Guzmán-Fuentes, 37, was pronounced dead shortly after the incident.

The shooter, Joshua Jahn, opened fire on an ICE building and van. He died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after the shooting. Jahn was apparently targeting ICE agents, not detainees, based on notes he left behind.
