J. Michael Cline, founder of movie ticket firm Fandango, jumped to his death from the Kimberly Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, law enforcement said on Thursday.

“So sorry. I can’t explain the pain of f— up this much. I love you all,” Cline, 64, wrote in a note he left behind, according to TMZ.

Cline, a father of six, left Fandango a few years ago.

The company struggled throughout the pandemic when movie theaters were empty.

According to authorities, Cline jumped from the 20th floor in an apparent suicide and was found in a courtyard on the third floor Tuesday.
