Governor Kathy Hochul, D-N.Y., is expected to announce an effort to revive congestion pricing during a press conference on Thursday.

ABC7 reported that Hochul will propose new pricing based on a different times of the day.

New York House Republicans are opposed to the program.

President-elect Donald Trump has said he would reject congestion pricing when he takes office, but some policy experts have argued that it would be more difficult for him to do if the tolls take effect before he takes office.
