Allegheny County officials on Monday afternoon addresses the public about an explosion at the Clairton Coke Works steel plant in Pennsylvania, which left at least one person dead and multiple people injured. 

The plant, one of four major U.S. Steel plants in Pennsylvania that employ several thousand workers, is considered the largest coking operation in North America.
