Justice Department says emails compromised in recent, massive cyber hack blamed on Russia
The department said about 3% its emails were compromised
The Justice Department said Wednesday that agency's email accounts might have been compromised in the massive breach of federal agencies and businesses.
The department said about 3% its emails were compromised but no classified systems are thought to have been affected, according to statement obtained by the Associated Press.
The U.S. intelligence community in a joint statement Tuesday said Russia was behind the roughly seven-month long hack, which appeared to be to gather information.
