Authorities in Miami have given an "all-clear" regarding a "suspicious device" found outside the Miami courthouse Tuesday where former President Donald Trump is set to appear in federal court where he will be arraigned on 37 felony counts, according to Fox News.

Miami law enforcement had blocked off part of North Miami Avenue in front of the federal court to investigate, according to The Mirror.

Videos from Twitter show police moving media and others away from the federal courthouse and to the sidewalk. The device was reportedly found near the media area.

Bomb squad units were called to investigate.

Trump is facing 37 counts as part of Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation into alleged mishandling of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago property.

Security measures have been tightened in preparation for the expected arraignment.

This is a developing story.
