President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris' border policies have allowed illegal immigrants such as Daniel Hernandez-Martinez to enter the U.S. after an encounter with Border Patrol at the southern border and evade deportation, despite committing crimes inside the United States, a House GOP report released on Wednesday found.

"According to new, nonpublic information uncovered by the Committee, in early 2023, the Biden-Harris Administration released Daniel Hernandez-Martinez into the United States without any legal justification. Mere months after his release, Hernandez-Martinez began terrorizing New York City," read a House Judiciary Committee interim report.

He committed "at least 22 criminal offenses within a span of just six months," the report noted.

The report also stated that Biden-Harris' Department of Homeland Security suspected that he is a member of the Tren de Aragua gang in Venezuela but he still has not been deported.

"In less than four years, the Biden-Harris Administration has released into the United States more than 5.4 million illegal aliens,
escaping into the country during the same time. incentivized by the radical policies of President Joe Biden and 'border czar' Vice President Kamala Harris, has led to insecurity in the interior of the country," read the report.
