President Joe Biden on Friday appeared to stumble while ascending the stairs to a podium at a Philadelphia event touting his "Bidenomics" agenda.
The president has attracted scrutiny of his physical fitness for office amid a slew of on-camera stumbles, including a September instance in which he narrowly avoided slipping down the stairs of Air Force One and a June incident that saw him take a dramatic fall on stage at the Air Force Academy graduation.
