A senior IRS agent has alleged that the Biden Justice Department has blocked criminal prosecution of Hunter Biden.  A letter to Congress from Mark Lytle, the whistleblower's lawyer, indicated that the IRS agent is willing to reveal information about a high-profile tax case to the appropriate congressional committees.  Just the News has confirmed that the allegations concern Hunter Biden.

The whistleblower's evidence would conflict with Attorney General Merrick Garland's recent congressional testimony that decisions to bring charges against Hunter Biden was being left to the U.S. Attorney for Delaware, Trump-appointed David Weiss.
