The Department of Justice on Thursday sent to Congress special counsel Robert Hur's report on President Joe Biden's handling of classified materials.

Hur had harsh words for the president's conduct, but recommended no charges. He further indicated that Biden had struggled to recall basic details about his career, including the dates of his vice presidency.
