Congressman Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., predicted Tuesday that President Joe Biden would likely pardon his brother James Biden before he left office.

Biggs said that he was surprised Biden pardoned first son Hunter Biden this early as he expected it to be right before he left office.

"I would anticipate people like, maybe, let's just throw one out," Biggs said on the "Just the News, No Noise" show. "Maybe [his] brother Jim gets a pardon."

Biden on Sunday night pardoned his son on gun and tax charges, as well as any other crimes committed in the last ten years, despite promising not to make such a move.

Hunter Biden, 54, was convicted earlier this year by a Delaware jury on gun charges, and then pleaded guilty to tax charges in California.

James Biden was allegedly involved in the family's questionable business deals with countries such as China and Ukraine.
