President Biden says he plans to stay home for the Super Bowl, likely ending all speculation he'll grant Fox a half-time interview.

Biden plans to watch the game at home with ice cream and guacamole, he told Noticias Telemundo in an interview Thursday.

It is a tradition for a U.S. president to give a pre-Super Bowl interview.

Fox Sport is the TV network carrying the Super Bowl game this year, between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles, in Arizona.

Biden has yet to grant the Fox News Channel a sit-down interview since becoming president.

The White House has not responded for comment on whether Biden will do the interview.
