Watch: Biden says Putin losing 'Iraq' war
President Biden's apparent gaffe comes just days after another apparent gaffe, vowing more climate action "by 2020."
President Joe Biden added to his many apparent gaffes Wednesday when he said Russian President Vladimir Putin isn't winning "in Iraq."
Speaking to reporters on the White House South Lawn, Biden said it's "hard to tell" if Putin has been weakened by the recent Wagner Group episode before adding that the Russian President is "clearly losing the war in Iraq," instead of Ukraine.
The apparent slip up comes just days after another apparent gaffe, vowing more climate action "by 2020" during a trip to California, and adds to a series of verbal bloopers made by the Commander-in-Chief throughout his tenure.
