President Donald Trump signs a presidential memorandum Monday in the Oval Office of the White House.

The White House has not released any information about what the memorandum is expected to address, but it comes after Trump hinted on Sunday that left-wing groups could be investigated after the assassination of Republican commentator Charlie Kirk. 

The memorandum also comes after the president met with the head of the Eastern Orthodox church, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, at the White House on Monday afternoon.
