President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump participate Thursday afternoon in a "Fostering the Future" announcement in the Rose Garden of the White House.

The White House announced the program in June, which is intended as a way for youths in foster care to achieve financial freedom once they age out of the system.

The announcement is scheduled to take place at 4 p.m. Eastern and can be streamed here.
