President Donald Trump attends a FIFA World Cup reception Friday night at Trump Tower in New York City.

The reception comes as Argentina, England, France and Spain prepare to compete in the final two matches of the 2026 World Cup this weekend. 

England is playing France for the third place slot on Saturday, while Argentina faces Spain for the title on Sunday. The president is expected to attend the final match in New Jersey.

The president is expected to arrive at the reception at 5:20 p.m. Eastern, according to the White House schedule.
