President Donald Trump delivers remarks at a rally in Pennsylvania on Tuesday night as he kicks off his national affordability tour, where he is expected to highlight his economic agenda in an effort to boost GOP support ahead of next year's midterm elections. 

The tour comes after he announced a $12 billion aid package for farmers hurt by his tariffs, and created two new task forces to investigate price-fixing, foreign influence, and monopolistic practices that increase the cost of groceries for American families.

The first stop of the tour in Pennsylvania is at the Mount Airy Casino Resort in Mount Pocono. His remarks are scheduled to start at 6:10 p.m. ET, according to the White House schedule, and can be streamed here.
