President Donald Trump makes a joint announcement in Palm Beach, Florida, on Monday with War Secretary Pete Hegseth and Navy Secretary John Phelan.

The announcement comes after the president signed the $900 billion National Defense Authorization Act last week. But the White House has not indicated what the announcement will be about.
