President Donald Trump meets with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday for a dinner at the White House, where the pair are expected to discuss the prospect of a ceasefire in Gaza.

The planned meeting comes weeks after Israeli and U.S. forces bombed Iranian nuclear facilities in order to destroy its nuclear program. Iran has retaliated against both countries, but Israel and Iran have since agreed to a ceasefire.

Netanyahu has already met earlier in the day at Blair House with Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Trump special envoy Steve Witkoff.
