President Trump is speaking in Las Vegas about his "no tax on tips" plan and other issues including the border and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

"Under our leadership, America is back open for business," he said.

He told the audience Republicans will make the 2017 Trump tax cuts permanent and include "no tax on tips" in the bill.

"Your tips will be 100% yours," Trump said.
