President Donald Trump speaks to the press Thursday after signing an executive order expanding access to retirement savings accounts.

Beginning in 2027, Americans will be able to secure low-cost IRA accounts through TrumpIRA.gov and "access the same type of retirement accounts that federal employees enjoy," the president said.
