Stephen M. Kamnik, 39, was charged last year, but pleaded guilty Wednesday in Montgomery County Court to 15 charges in all — nine felonies and six misdemeanors.
A Pennsylvania State Police Corporal has pleaded guilty to numerous charges covering a wide range of conduct, including using work computers to create pornography using Artificial Intelligence and for secretly filming and photographing individuals, including coworkers.
The guilty plea was announced earlier this week by Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday.
Stephen M. Kamnik, 39, was charged last year, but pleaded guilty Wednesday in Montgomery County Court to 15 charges in all — nine felonies and six misdemeanors, according to the attorney general’s office.
Kamnik also pleaded guilty to using secured law enforcement databases for personal reasons, and for possessing child sexual abuse material.
“This defendant pleaded guilty to the full scope of conduct outlined in charging documents — and in regards to all in-person victims,” Attorney General Sunday said. “These crimes stain the great work being done by law enforcement every day in communities across the Commonwealth.”
Kamnik is currently suspended without pay and is scheduled to be sentenced on July 8.
