CDC: Tickborne disease rising in US Northeast
Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont have been added to the CDC’s latest list of states where tickborne disease babesiosis is endemic. The CDC warns babesiosis is most prevalent in northeastern states and could pose a risk for the nation’s blood supply.
