Hurricane Fiona slammed Puerto Rico on Sunday, folding into today, rendering a blackout throughout the entire island nation. More than 1,000 rescues have been conducted since the hurricane first hit, and more are expected. After hitting the Dominican Republic, it's expected to veer off into the Atlantic ocean.
