Nevada Supreme Court shuts down tallying ballots by hand in rural county ahead of Election Day
Some Republicans in Nevada are pushing to count votes by hand in the midterm election. One county already started with mail-in ballots, but the Nevada Supreme Court shut that down. CNN's Nick Watt reports.
