Sen. McConnell say negotiators are 'very close' to a spending deal
Senator Mitch McConnell addressed the press Tuesday saying that negotiators are very close to terms on a spending bill. McConnell added he thinks the bill will be "broadly appealing" without costing more than President Biden's budget.
