Ukraine looks to US for infrastructure aid
In the past ten days alone, Russia's military has destroyed 40% of Ukraine's energy infrastructure. In order to help Ukraine meet critical war-time needs and to rebuild the country once the war is over, the United States has agreed to form a joint infrastructure task force with Ukraine.
