Vance will also discuss with the lawmakers steps they can take in their own states to target fraud, Fox News reported.

A White House official told Fox that Congress has an important role to play in the Trump administration's effort to stamp out abuse of federal programs.

"Our task force is using every tool at its disposal to end fraud once and for all," the official said.
