20,000 people could be displaced in Italy floods
As many as 20,000 people could be displaced due to floods that have hit Italy's Emilia Romagna region, the spokeswoman of Minister of Civil Protection Nello Mosumeci told CNN Thursday. Flooding has been recorded in 42 municipalities within the region, the spokeswoman added.
