President Joe Biden is set to tour Cummins, a clean energy technology manufacturer in Minnesota, today. Reportedly, the Biden administration is dedicating this trip, in part, to promote Biden's ongoing efforts in highlighting his biggest investment agenda for his 2024 reelection campaign.
