Former executives who led two of the recently collapsed banks will testify before the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs on Tuesday. The committee will hear testimony from former Silicon Valley Bank CEO Gregory Becker, former Signature Bank President Eric Howell, and former chairman and Signature Bank co-founder Scott Shay.
