Hurricane Maria devastated the territory's power grid in 2017.

PowerOutage.us, which tracks electricity outages across the United States, says more than 1.4 million tracked customers are without power "due to transmission grid failures caused by Hurricane Fiona."
Hurricane Maria devastated the territory's power grid in 2017, and Fiona is following a similar path five years later.
