Arrest warrant out for Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon: reports

Authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon over an incident in which he allegedly pointed a gun at a woman.

"YOU SHOULD BE POPPED IN THE FACE. I SHOULD SHOOT YOU. THE POLICE CAN' GET ME," an affidavit accompanying the warrant quotes Mixon as saying. Local12 WKRC in Cincinnati obtained the affidavit.

The warrant cites aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor, when justifying the arrest, TMZ Sports reported. That count carries a penalty of up to 180 days in jail if Mixon is convicted.

The twenty-six year old ball player has completed six seasons in the NFL.
