D.C. police recover multiple aborted fetuses from D.C.-area home of antiabortion activist
Unborn humans were reportedly aborted in compliance with D.C. law.
Multiple aborted human beings were discovered in a Washington, D.C. residence reportedly being occupied by an area pro-life activist, news media reported this week.
The city’s police department confirmed to local news affiliate WUSA9 that police “discovered five fetuses at the home of an anti-abortion activist in Capitol Hill” earlier this week.
The residence was reportedly being occupied by local anti-abortion activist Lauren Handy, who was indicted with several other activists this week in connection to a 2020 disturbance at a local abortion clinic in which they attempted to block women from entering the clinic to abort their children.
Handy told WUSA9 that she had expected the raid to occur "sooner or later." The anti-abortion group of which she is part, meanwhile—Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising—said on Twitter that it will hold a press conference about the discovery of “the 5 deceased children found at Lauren Handy’s apartment” next Tuesday.
“Don’t miss it,” the group said.
