Lionel Richie is hospitalized in the intensive care unit in St. Louis after a performance in the Missouri city this weekend.

Richie checked himself into the local hospital to have some test run, TMZ reported, citing unnamed sources. Doctors are looking into possible dehydration, and he's expected to be discharged by Tuesday.

Witnesses who attended the concert told TMZ that the 1980s pop star appeared to be struggling toward the end of his show and asked for a chair to sit on while he performed his final song, "All Night Long."

Richie was rushed to a hospital in June after falling ill on stage during a concert in St. Paul, Minnesota.
