LeBron James' son, Bronny, suffered a cardiac arrest during a workout and is in stable condition, his family said Tuesday.
"Yesterday while practicing Bronny James suffered a cardiac arrest. Medical staff was able to treat Bronny and take him to the hospital. He is now in stable condition and no longer in ICU," the James family said, according to NBA insider Shams Charania.
Bronny James, 18, collapsed on the court Monday while practicing at the University of Southern California, where he was recruited in May as a guard on the men's basketball team.
The James family is asking for respect and privacy at this time and said the media will be updated when more information is available.
