Tickets for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics are set to go on sale this week for residents in California and Oklahoma.
The pre-sale reserve window for residents of California's Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties and Oklahoma's Canadian, Cleveland and Oklahoma counties is Thursday through Monday, according to the Los Angeles Times. The tickets can be purchased only by using a payment method that has a billing zip code from a qualifying county.
The first general ticket window will be April 9-19.
The maximum number of tickets a person can purchase is 12 across all sports and sessions, in addition to 12 tickets for soccer sessions. A maximum of four tickets for each of the opening and closing ceremonies is also included in the 12-ticket maximum.
There will be 1 million tickets starting at $28 that will be available across all sports, and two-thirds of the total tickets will be under $200 each, but prices will vary depending on seat location, sport, and session. The opening ceremony and finals of women’s gymnastics, track and field, and swimming are usually the most in-demand and expensive tickets.
