Transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney releases song titled 'Days of Girlhood'
The release of the video got major pushback from conservative commentators.
Transgender TikTok influencer Dylan Mulvaney released a new song and music video titled "Days of Girlhood," sparking a big response on social media.
The song and music video were released on Wednesday and Mulvaney promoted the video on Instagram.
Mulvaney reportedly made this song to celebrate the two year anniversary of her transitioning from male to female, according to Gray News.
The release of the video got major pushback from conservative commentators.
"Dylan Mulvaney is playing to a stereotype to mock women. Women do not see themselves like this," conservative radio host Dana Loesch wrote on the social media platform, X.
Podcast host Robby Starbuck responded to the video, saying "calling this crap music is an insult to even the worst music."
Mulvaney emerged as a social media sensation after transitioning from male to female in 2021 and has a TikTok account documenting each day of the transformation and made headlines after receiving a custom can from Bud Light. The move resulted in a backlash against the beer company.
