More than six times as many Republicans admire Trump over Abraham Lincoln: Poll
Donald Trump is the president 53% of Republicans most admire, according to the poll. That's followed by Ronald Reagan, at 18%, and Lincoln, at 8%.
Republicans are much more likely to admire President Donald Trump more than Civil War-era President Abraham Lincoln, according to a CNN poll conducted by SSRS.
CNN chief data analyst Harry Enten displayed the results in a recent segment on the network.
Donald Trump is the president 53% of Republicans most admire, according to the poll. That's followed by Ronald Reagan, at 18%, and Lincoln, at 8%.
The poll was conducted between May 7-31 and has a margin of error of +/- 5.2 percentage points.
