Fmr. White House adviser: New Biden immigration rule amounts to ‘the alien always wins’

John Zadrozny, former Senior Adviser for Policy to President Trump on immigration, discusses the on-going crisis on the  southern border and comments on the Biden Administration’s new asylum rules for illegal aliens “creates an endless loop of review that will prevent an alien from really ever being removed.” Zadrozny comments, “we're calling this ‘the alien always wins rule’, because that's basically what it is, it's designed to prevent [aliens] from never getting a final negative adjudication, never being able to be removed from the country.”
