Fred Fleitz calls reports of Iran backing down ‘speculation:’ Will be retaliation against Israel, we just don't know when or where
Former chief of staff the National Security Council, CIA Analyst Fred Fleitz discuses Minnesota Governor Tim Walz shoddy military record and its impact on the Harris-Walz campaign, and recent reports by the media that Iranian regime has decided to stand down on a retaliatory strike against Israel. Fleitz says, I'm seeing these press reports today that ‘maybe Iran is standing down, maybe the Biden administration’s skillful diplomacy has convinced the Iranians not to attack Israel.’ Well, look, Israel destroyed the consulate in Damascus on April 1, and Iran retaliate with missiles on April 13. This Hamas leader was killed in Tehran on the 31st of July. Today is April 7, so that much time hasn't elapsed yet. And who came up with the schedule? Do the Iranians give us a date that they were going to attack? This is just idle speculation on when and where the Iranians going to attack. My guess is that it will be a terrorist attack, because the Iranians don't think their missiles are going to get through. And it may not be in Israel. It may be an Israeli diplomatic compound on another continent. I think there definitely will be retaliation, we just don't know when or where.”
