Rep. Ralph Norman: 'Idiotic' to use 'X' gender designation on passports amidst crises

Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC) criticized the State Department for taking the time to create 'X’ to add on U.S. passports as a gender designation in place of 'male' or 'female' designations, as he said he can't think of anything that President Biden has done "that's not harming this country in a big way."
