Robert Henneke, lead litigator for the recent Supreme Court ruling on the Biden Administration’s Federal Vaccine Mandate discusses the major victory for small-businesses, stating that ‘yesterday was a win of a major battle, but still leaves the war to be fought’. Henneke touches on that many constitutional questions were left unanswered about ‘whether the executive branch, or the federal government at all, has the lawful power under the Constitution to compel individuals to take on a medical treatment or have to receive a vaccine that they do not want to take’. He says that the decision yesterday left ‘bigger issues, unresolved’ making it necessary to him ‘to continue to fight and fight again.’
