Former WH Economist: $1.9 trillion COVID bill could raise U.S. deficit to 25% of GDP

Joe Lavorgna, former White House Chief Economist for President Trump, says that the U.S. deficit is already at 15% of GDP as of last year - the highest since WWII - and could jump 10% this year with the $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief bill that the Democrats are proposing.
