GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump announced Tuesday that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will visit him at Mar-a-Lago this week.

Trump initially announced that the meeting would take place on Wednesday, though he subsequently changed the statement to read "Thursday" before posting an amendment statement.

"At the request of Bibi Netanyahu, we have switched this meeting to Friday, July 26th at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida!" he posted.

"Looking forward to welcoming Bibi Netanyahu at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, tomorrow," Trump originally posted on Truth Social. "During my first term, we had Peace and Stability in the Region, even signing the historic Abraham Accords - And we will have it again.

"Just as I have said in discussions with President Zelensky and other World Leaders in recent weeks, my PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH Agenda will demonstrate to the World that these horrible, deadly Wars, and violent Conflicts must end. Millions are dying, and Kamala Harris is in no way capable of stopping it," he added.

According to an Axios report last week, allies of Netanyahu met with Trump on at least four occasions in the past three years to try to mend fences between the pair. Trump criticized Netanyahu after he congratulated then-president-elect Joe Biden on winning the 2020 presidential election, which Trump said was rigged against him.
