Trump super PAC launches last-minute ad blitz across the seven swing states
A MAGA Inc. spokesperson said the ads try to emphasize how the American people were "not okay" under the Biden-Harris administration, but they can be under Trump.
Former President Donald Trump's super Political Action Committee (PAC) Make America Great Again, Inc. launched a $50 million ad-buy on Wednesday in a last minute appeal to swing state voters in the final week leading into the 2024 election.
The two ads will begin airing across the seven battleground states on Wednesday night, and attack Vice President Kamala Harris in her weakest areas, such as the economy and border security, Fox News reported.
The first ad highlights her testimony during her presidential debate against Trump in September, where she attempted to put the country above her political party by maintaining that she would be a president for all Americans.
"As a prosecutor, I never asked, ‘are you a Republican or a Democrat,'" Harris said in the debate. "The only thing I ever asked is, ’are you okay?'"
The ad then shows voters responding to the question, by highlighting how the Biden-Harris administration failed them.
"I'm working three jobs to get by," one person said in the ad. Another commented that "crime is out of control."
The second ad targets Harris on the global stage, highlighting the national security and foreign policy crises that erupted under the Biden administration. These include wars in the Middle East and Europe.
"Our troops, murdered. An open border. Crime in our streets. Skyrocketing costs. Assassination attempts," a narrator said. "We're on the brink of World War III."
