President-elect Donald Trump's popularity is the highest it's ever been among Americans, according to a Real Clear Politics poll.

The polling shows that in the first week of December, Trump for the first time received a net positive favorability rating.

As of Dec. 4, the RCP average shows Trump had a 49.1% favorability rating and a 47.6% unfavorable rating, according to The Daily Wire. Four days later, according to the outlet, his favorability rating rose to 49.4%, while his unfavorable rating stayed the same.

That is a big difference from previous years like 2015 where he had a favorability rating of 22.7%.

Trump won the 2024 election last month, winning both the popular vote and the electoral college.

His top issues during his presidential campaign included the economy, crime, mass deportations and making America energy independent.
