Congressman Grothman says Harris is even worse on the southern border than Biden
"I hope all Americans dread what would happen if she would now become the president United States," Rep. Grothman said, referencing Harris.
Congressman Glenn Grothman, R-Wis., said Thursday that Vice President Kamala Harris is even worse on the issue of the southern border than President Joe Biden since she was technically in charge of it.
"Joe Biden rescued her, made her vice president and put her in charge of the border," Grothan said on a "Just the News, No Noise" special with AMAC. "She did nothing. If possible, Kamala Harris is worse at the border than President Biden."
On Thursday, the GOP-led House passed a resolution "strongly condemning" Harris, now the top 2024 Democratic presidential candidate, for her performance as the border czar.
In March of 2021, Biden announced that Harris would tackle the migration surge, though Symone Sanders, then-chief vice president spokeswoman, the same week insisted Harris was "not doing the border" and had been tasked to "take on the diplomatic effort, with Mexico and countries in the northern triangle to address the root causes of migration."
Customs and Border Patrol figures show that during the Biden administration over 10 million people have come to the U.S. illegally.
"I hope all Americans dread what would happen if she would now become the president of the United States," Grothman said.
