Democrats rush in Pennsylvania to limit 'naked' mail-in ballots on Nov. 3, after court rejects them
Democrats have launched a 30-second ad to show Pennsylvania voters how to use the correct envelope for mail-in ballots.
A recent Pennsylvania court ruling that invalidates mail-in ballots sent without the proper envelope has resulted in Democrats launching a digital ad to show voters the correct procedure.
The 30-second ad released Thursday follows the state Supreme Court ruling last week that is projected to invalidate as many as 100,000 so-called "naked" ballots.
The court ruling was considered a win for the Trump campaign, which has raised concerns through the election cycle about mail-in balloting.
Trump won Pennsylvania in 2016 by roughly 44,000 votes, and he remains in a close contest in the swing state this year with Democratic rival Joe Biden.
The ad also explains how to correctly fill out a ballot, according to the Associated Press.
