The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has ordered the separation of ballots for which voters' proof of identification arrives and gets verified on or before Nov. 9, from ballots received and verified on Nov. 10-12.

The order states that any ballots for which identification is obtained and verified during the Nov. 10-12 timeframe should "not be counted until further order of this Court."

"In the eleventh hour, Secretary Boockvar re-wrote Pennsylvania Election Code to move the deadline to provide missing proof of identification for absentee voters," the GOP press release says. "Last night, the RNC and Trump campaign filed a lawsuit challenging this flagrant disregard of state law."
